Underage teen takes a taxi and carries passengers on a joy ride

17 year old has been arrested by the police for illegally taking a medical cab meant for carry passengers and making fun of it. The little boy who snatched the opportunity to take the cab while the driver was unaware of the situation carried poor passengers on a life-risking journey. Passengers carried for help as Passerbys and side watchers called the police for help and apprehended the little boy.
